Long Island Association for Vascular Access Network
The Long Island Association for Vascular Access Network, previously Metro Island Chapter of INS, was chartered in 1989, by a group of nurses interested in the practice of vascular access / infusion therapy. We continue today to value the educational resources that the national organization offers and strive to provide this knowledge at the local level. Our membership represents the full spectrum of nursing care wherever vascular access / infusion therapy is practiced. Our members are offered the opportunity to stay current through educational presentations for continuous improvement in practice, theory, and technology, while earning CEU credits, and interacting with expert colleagues in their field.
