Now Hiring: Private Duty Nurse (RN)

As a Private Duty Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, providing compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting. This is your opportunity to be part of an elite team of healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

✔ Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the patient’s home under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

✔ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

✔ Provide health education to patients and caregivers to support long-term well-being.

✔ Accept and document physician orders, ensuring compliance with RN Case Manager oversight.

✔ Maintain communication with physicians, patients, families, and the care team to address any concerns.

✔ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.

What You Need To Succeed

✅ Active RN license in Connecticut or a compact license.

✅ Minimum Of 1 Year Nursing Experience

✅ Home health experience is a plus.

✅ Reliable transportation to travel to patient locations.

✅ Commitment to high-quality patient care.

✅ Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move intermittently.
