HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Westchester, NY!

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery – RN

• Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses
• Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• one remote day after 90 days
  
  
  

Required Qualifications For Manager Of Care Delivery – RN

• Active NY Registered Nursing license
• 5 years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience
• 3 years of home care experience
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For Manager Of Care Delivery – RN

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework
• Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial
• Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employment
